Prepared drinks and bowls
Items made to order are handed across the counter in sealed or open cups as labeled. Because they are perishable and customized, they are not eligible for return once service is complete unless a documented preparation error occurred.
Wrong item
If the printed ticket does not match the cup label, tell staff immediately while still at the pickup zone. A replacement can be prepared using the same recipe card when stock allows.
Packaged retail
Sealed bottles or snacks follow the date printed on the package. Refunds for factory defects require the item and receipt within the window posted at the register.
Payment corrections
Card charges can be voided or adjusted when the terminal shows a duplicate swipe. Keep the merchant copy until the statement matches the expected total.
How to escalate
Use the contact form for written follow-up after a visit. Include the date, approximate time, and receipt number so the shift log can be located.
